P\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt tillf\u00f6r just de personliga kompetenserna du anser vara viktiga hos en ledare n\u00e5got till er organisation? Om du har en viss medarbetare som du anser vara framg\u00e5ngsrik i liknande roll som du ska rekrytera till, v\u00e5ga ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tta din egen slutsats p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan vad det \u00e4r som har gjort just den medarbetaren framg\u00e5ngsrik. \u00c4r det verkligen dennes utbildning, k\u00f6n, \u00e5lder, erfarenhet och\/eller personliga kompetens som gjort den framg\u00e5ngsrik?<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innan du s\u00e4tter i g\u00e5ng att rekrytera b\u00f6r du g\u00f6ra en grundlig behovsanalys och landa i en kravprofil. I slut\u00e4ndan \u00e4r vi dock alla m\u00e4nniskor och ingen metod har hittills visat sig 100 % vattent\u00e4t f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5 hur bra n\u00e5gon kommer att vara i just den rollen. Men det forskarna \u00e4r eniga om \u00e4r att magk\u00e4nsla \u00e4r en metod med v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e5g validitet.
